Our team members have professional backgrounds. We can come into your home office or corporate location and perform filing and organizing. If you need temporary help due to staff calling in sick or on vacation, call us to help. We can contract on your behalf with temporary staffing agencies to rapidly fill your assistant's absence. Our computer vendor can teach you how to maximize the use of software programs and set up your in home computer network.
Bill paying and accounting
Our team member will come to your home or office to assist in paying your bills and take care of your accounting needs. If a Certified Public Accountant, CPA, is needed we will provide a business referral for you.
Courier Services
Need a document delivered across town? One of our errand assistants will pick it up and personally deliver it to your desired location.
Holiday decorating
Holiday time is busy, climbing ladders can be treacherous. Let us hire a handyman on your behalf to hang lights and move furniture around for your holiday gathering. One of our assistants can help you inside with details or let us go shopping and bring home the latest holiday trends for your home. If you would like to use a professional decorator, we will coordinate the entire process.
Interpreters & Translators
Phoenix is becoming a larger international destination. We can coordinate translators and interpretors to meet your needs. Advanced notice is necessary please contact us for details and availability. Document translations are billed by the word.

Most of our efforts performed on your behalf are billed by the hour. Errand services are $35.00 per hour, desk concierge services (items we can perform from our office) are $25.00 per hour. You are responsible for any purchases and/or shipping charges you authorize. Fees may apply for meetings and event planning.
